Rumour has it that Luxembourgers don't always make it easy for foreigners trying to learn the language. As soon as you gather the courage to try a newly learnt Luxembourgish sentence, they reply in English, or French, or German... anything but Luxembourgish. 

Why not let Luxembourgers know that you want to practise speaking Luxembourgish and gently remind them to reply to you in that oh-so-sweet-sounding mother tongue of theirs?
